Seattle City Light Heat Pump Rebates

The short answer

Seattle City Light customers are outside PSE territory but have their own heat pump rebates, which stack with HEAR for income-qualified households.

SCL is not PSE

Seattle City Light serves Seattle and some nearby areas. Those customers don't get PSE rebates, but SCL runs its own heat pump incentives. Check which utility serves the address before you quote, because it changes every number on the bid.

What SCL pays

SCL offers rebates on qualifying heat pump systems, with higher amounts for income-qualified customers. Confirm the current amounts and equipment requirements when you spec the job.

Stacking with HEAR

HEAR is statewide, so an income-qualified SCL customer can stack HEAR on top of the SCL rebate, even though they're outside PSE territory.
